Artist:Hu Qingtai
Born in Heilongjiang, China in 1985, Hu Qingtai currently lives and works in Beijing. He received his Bachelor's degree from the Department of New Media Arts at Hubei Institute of Fine Arts in 2008. Hu's work often explores the interrelationships between the self and others, as well as the surrounding environment and objects, while questioning the creativity of artists and the nature of art itself. His practice incorporates a variety of readymade artistic media, including performance, video, sculpture, painting, and live acts.
